They will also look at symbolism and tone. Compare and Contrast Essay — Students will look at the components in a compare and contrast essay.

Movies released an exclusive featurette of the film. They will learn to think about how topics can be similar or contrasting. Chapter 5 — Novel: They will put this information to work by drafting a thesis statement, composing pertinent material, using transitions throughout the body of the text and finally finishing up the conclusion and editing.

Chapter 7 — Non-fiction This chapter focuses on non-fiction passages. They will learn to filter out information that is not pertinent to their topic.
